Job Description:

We’re looking for a Full stack Tech Lead with experience in e-commerce and payments to join SciPlay’s Payments Platform team. You’ll be a key technical contributor to our Direct-to-Consumer Payment Platform, supporting over $100M in revenue across multiple web stores and games. We’re a globally distributed team building SciPlay’s modern platform for our games, with Payments as a core component. We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and empowered product teams with real ownership and autonomy. In this role, you’ll solve complex problems, build new products, and develop impactful features, while contributing to architecture, writing high-quality code, and leading through technical influence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to architecture and technical decisions with focus on stability, scalability, security, and observability
  • Build and maintain secure, reliable payment flows and event-driven systems
  • Improve release confidence using feature flags, canary deployments, and error budgets
  • Integrate with third-party payment providers and external services
  • Write high-quality backend and frontend code and promote engineering best practices
  • Mentor team members and collaborate closely with product partners on business-impacting initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with C#/.NET, microservices, and cloud-based systems (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with React and TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Braintree)
  • Strong understanding of secure and scalable e-commerce architectures
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in payments or large-scale e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with Terraform, event-driven architectures, and observability practices
