Full-Stack Software Engineer

• Contribute across all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements definition to demos and final delivery
• Work closely with business specialists to design and implement technical and functional solutions for new features and enhancements
• Actively participate in shaping team processes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaboratively define and design a modular and integrated software landscape
• Design and implement RESTful web services and APIs
• Develop and maintain Angular-based frontend applications
• Develop and maintain Java-based backend applications
• Take ownership of software quality, performance, and long-term sustainability

• Proven experience working in small to medium-sized development teams within high-performance, agile environments
• Strong motivation to support and potentially mentor team members, combined with a passion for IT and pragmatic problem-solving
• Willingness to grow both individually and as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to a no-blame culture, openness to learning from failure, and confidence in sharing ideas
• Academic degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Strong object-oriented programming skills with several years of hands-on experience in Java, Angular, Spring, Docker (basic knowledge), OpenShift, Jenkins, Git, and SQL
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as Angular and TypeScript
• Fluent written and spoken English

Experience with Kafka, API Gateways, Microservices architecture, and DevOps practices is considered a strong advantage
