Job Description:

The Full Stack Software Engineer is a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, leveraging AI tools, ensuring seamless integration, and debugging both human-written and AI-generated code. The position requires extensive experience in systems analysis, programming, and project management alongside leadership qualities.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications
ensure seamless integration between client-side interfaces and server-side logic
leverage AI pair-programming tools to write and refactor code with speed and efficiency
review and debug human-written and AI-generated code
partner with management teams to ensure system enhancements and deploy new products
resolve high impact problems through evaluation of complex business processes
provide advanced knowledge of applications programming
develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
provide in-depth analysis and innovative solutions
serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers

Requirements:

6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
solid skills in front-end development (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks like Angular) and back-end development (node.js, python or Java)
familiarity with designing RESTful APIs and working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
hands-on experience using AI-powered coding tools in a development workflow
extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
experience in managing and implementing successful projects
subject matter expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
demonstrated leadership and project management skills
consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
