Job Description:

Product-driven full-stack engineering with exceptional frontend craftsmanship and a strong eye for brand, design, and user experience. Expansive product ecosystem—spanning a creator studio, public profiles, community features, admin tooling, and a 530+ component design system. We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who doesn’t just build features—but obsesses over the product experience. Someone who cares deeply about how things look, feel, and communicate the brand. If you’re an engineer with strong product intuition and refined design taste, this role gives you the ownership and creative influence to shape the entire user experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own features end-to-end—from database design to polished, production-ready UI
  • Lead the evolution of our V2 design system (530+ components) built on Radix UI and Tailwind CSS, ensuring consistency and scalability
  • Define and refine the product’s visual language, including typography, color systems, spacing, motion, and micro-interactions
  • Build and enhance full-stack features across the creator lifecycle: onboarding, avatar creation, media galleries, community profiles, and subscription flows
  • Influence product direction by contributing ideas around user journeys, engagement, and conversion
  • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and real-time functionality using NestJS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL
  • Ensure product quality through visual regression testing (Chromatic), end-to-end testing (Playwright), and Storybook documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years building production web applications with at least 2 years of meaningful backend/API work alongside frontend
  • Expert-level React and CSS/Tailwind — you can build complex layouts, animations, and responsive designs from scratch without reaching for a library
  • Strong product and design sensibility — you think about user flows, brand expression, visual hierarchy, and polish. You can iterate on UI without pixel-perfect specs and make it look right
  • Experience building or maintaining a component library or design system at scale
  • Solid backend skills: REST API design, relational database modeling, authentication flows, and async job processing
  • Familiarity with Next.js (App Router, SSR, server components) and Node.js/NestJS or similar backend frameworks
  • Experience with Storybook, visual regression testing, or Playwright
  • You care about branding — you understand that a product's visual identity is as important as its functionality. You've influenced or owned brand decisions in a previous role
