Job Description

As a Full Stack Product Developer, you'll be developing cutting-edge features and capabilities for our AI-driven Project and Program Management (PPM) solutions. You’ll play a critical role in the evolution of our product, ensuring it stays ahead of the competition and consistently meets the needs of our users.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and enhance features across OnePlan’s product offerings, ensuring they align with customer needs and industry trends
  • Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to create a seamless user experience
  • Ensure that code is of the highest quality, adhering to coding standards and best practices in software development
  • Conduct code reviews, ensuring that all team members produce reliable, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure that the product runs smoothly and is free of errors
  • Stay updated on the latest software development trends, tools, and frameworks

Requirements

  • Proven expertise with 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in developing SaaS or enterprise-level products and UX
  • 4+ years experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, etc.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure apps and services
  • Experience in developing, debugging and maintaining code in object-oriented languages and database querying languages
  • Strong coding, debugging, algorithm design and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including working in sprints and adapting to iterative product development cycles
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Experience working with AI or machine learning technologies
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps principles
