Full Stack PHP Web Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain features for a custom internal CRM system (similar to Salesforce or Zoho)
• Build API integrations between the CRM, underwriting systems, and eCommerce platforms
• Support and enhance the company's WooCommerce-based online store (migrated from Magento)
• Write well-structured, testable, and maintainable code using PHP/Laravel and modern web standards
• Collaborate closely with the existing full stack developers and product manager on architecture and feature design
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the full stack
• Contribute to technical documentation and participate in code reviews

• 3–5+ years of professional full stack web development experience
• Strong proficiency with PHP (Laravel preferred) and front-end web technologies
• Experience building or customizing CRM systems or similar data-driven web applications
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with WooCommerce or WordPress plugin development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
