Job Description:

We are looking for a full stack lead software engineer with deep understanding of Java/Python, building scalable enterprise-grade applications. As part of a talented software team, you'll work on mission-critical applications and lead a team for Java/Python application lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

Understanding user requirements
Leading a development team for Java/Python application design, implementation, and delivery
Providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle
Working closely with the business architecture group to design and implement current and target state business processes.

Requirements:

10+ years of industry experience with strong hands-on development of mission-critical applications using Java/Python technologies
Experience with complex system integration projects
Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, J2EE Design Patterns, REST services
Front End Technologies like JavaScript and Angular version, CSS2/CSS3, HTML
Strong knowledge of SQL, JDBC, Unix commands
Hands-on database experience in relational (Oracle/DB2) and No-SQL (MongoDB)
Hands-on experience with cloud deployments
Hands-on experience in code testing tools like Junit, Mockito, Cucumber
Deployment experience in Apache Tomcat, OpenShift, or other cloud environments
Expertise in Test-driven development, Continuous Integration, Build tools, Version Control, Development tools
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with business analysts, database administrators, project managers, and technical architects
Experience in the Financial Services industry is added advantage
Understanding Financial and Reporting Hierarchies.

Nice to have:

Experience in Python, Unix shell scripting
Experience in Financial Services industry
Understanding Financial and Reporting Hierarchies.
