Full Stack Engineer

• Engineer, design and implement front and back end components for Citi’s private cloud initiative
• Responsible for managing DBaaS web portal and back end processes
• Evaluate new Cloud technologies and perform proof of concept evaluations
• Application tuning, performance optimization and maintenance
• Application monitoring and alerting automation

• 5 plus years in a product development/product management environment
• Proficient in Java and Python
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Angular, or similar modern web development frameworks
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Comprehensive understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Proven ability in microservices design and development, API integration, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to understand business functions and user stories, and decompose them into clear technical specifications for application and microservices development
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, preferably Scrum
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate seamlessly within a global team
