Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts to translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions
Build and maintain APIs, services, and integrations across CRM, marketing, risk, compliance, and legal platforms
Work with data pipelines and integration frameworks to move and transform data reliably between systems
Apply Agile and Lean engineering practices to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving
Apply SRE principles to improve availability, performance, observability, and security of production services
Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
Identify and address technical debt, performance issues, and operational inefficiencies
Requirements:
Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with hands-on development across frontend and backend systems
Solid web development experience, including modern JavaScript frameworks, web APIs, and responsive UI design
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating distributed systems
Strong understanding of backend development, including service design, data access, and application security
Experience with data integration, ETL, or data pipeline engineering
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud or hybrid environments
Proven ability to support and operate production systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and security
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
Exposure to CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, including integrations or custom development
Experience working with marketing, risk, compliance, or legal platforms in an enterprise environment
Familiarity with enterprise identity, access control, and security patterns
Experience applying AI or automation techniques (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG) to enterprise workflows or data
