Full Stack Engineer

• Play a key role in DevOps: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving DevOps practices, showcasing advanced DevOps skills, including strong automation capabilities, deep IT infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to drive continuous improvement
• Possess full-stack engineer capabilities and handle diverse tasks: In addition to DevOps responsibilities, you will have full-stack engineer capabilities, supporting colleagues in areas such as Business Analysis (BA), code development, and testing
• Demonstrate a strong learning mindset: You will be willing to learn new DevOps tools and developments both internally and externally and apply them to your work
• Provide cross-functional support: When other engineers or projects need assistance, you will respond promptly and provide necessary technical support to ensure efficient completion of team tasks
• Drive change and automation: You will drive DevOps transformation, actively follow the group's standards, tools, and processes, and discuss, implement, share, and promote related automation best practices in China

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with large-scale application projects in corporate banking, familiar with cloud service and distributed system design
• Demonstrated experience in drive DevOps transformation and automation
• Experience working in an agile environment, able to flexibly adapt to rapidly changing requirements
• Implement Security Scans: You will be responsible for implementing security scans to ensure the security of code and dependencies
• Automation and CI/CD: Rich experience in designing and implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, Ansible, G3, CRminion, etc
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficient in using IaC tools and scripts to automate infrastructure deployment and management
• Containerization, Virtualization, and Orchestration: Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Windows, and other containerization, virtualization, and orchestration tools to design and maintain efficient containerized and virtualized environments
• Monitoring and Log Management: Familiarity with tools such as AppDynamics, CMS, Patrol for system monitoring and log management, able to quickly identify and resolve issues
• Cloud Services: Proficient in using the AliCloud platform, capable of designing highly available and scalable cloud architectures
• Scripting Skills: Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, PowerShell, able to write automation scripts to improve efficiency
• Problem-solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and solve complex technical problems, with the capability to independently resolve issues
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required
• Continuous Learning and Growth: Willingness to learn various knowledge and skills required for agile teams
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and tools, driving the team towards more efficient DevOps practices
• Communication and Team Collaboration: Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, supporting each other to drive project success

• Familiarity with China financial regulators (e.g. NFRA, PBoC, CFETS) and their technology-related requirements
• Experience with Large Language Models and RAG: Experience with large language models and RAG-related projects
• Cantonese: Knowledge of Cantonese is beneficial for communication with colleagues from Guangdong and Hong Kong
