Carex is partnering with a FinTech industry partner to hire a Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript) for a hybrid opportunity in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a highly product-minded engineer who enjoys working directly with real operational problems, rapidly building solutions, and owning outcomes end-to-end. Rather than operating in a narrowly scoped engineering function, this person will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to identify friction points, prototype workflows, and ship production-ready tools that drive measurable business impact. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and enjoys acting as the bridge between customer needs and technical execution. Strong TypeScript expertise, high ownership, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments are critical for success.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and build product features end-to-end, from backend systems and data models to intuitive frontend experiences
  • Work closely with stakeholders and users to understand operational pain points and rapidly turn ideas into working software
