Job Description:

Join our platform team of engineers building the infrastructure, tooling, and systems that power InvestorHub. You'll work on performance optimization, security hardening, developer experience improvements, and reliability - ensuring our product teams can ship fast while maintaining scale and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build infrastructure and tooling that improves system reliability, performance, and developer/CSM productivity
  • Improve platform infrastructure and developer experience - monitoring/alerting systems, load testing frameworks, deployment tooling, and internal dev tools
  • Build features across the full stack - from database schema to frontend UI
  • Work directly with customers or CSMs when needed to understand requirements and validate solutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years shipping production features across the stack with Elixir, Ruby on Rails, or similar backend languages, plus experience with React/Next.js
  • Experience working across the stack - comfortable from database design to UI
  • Experience with observability and system reliability - monitoring, alerting, logging, debugging production issues at scale
  • Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure - GCP or AWS experience (deploying services, managing resources, understanding costs)
  • Worked in small, fast-moving teams where you balanced shipping features with maintaining and improving the underlying systems
