Job Description:

As a Full Stack Engineer on our Lending team, you will deliver highly complex projects at scale and shape the technical direction of lending products that reach millions of customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design and delivery of high-impact, technically complex projects that power our lending platform at scale
  • Provide technical leadership and clear, impactful communication to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Drive hyper-optimization of lending systems to meet the needs of a large and growing addressable market
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations partners to build seamless, trustworthy lending experiences
  • Mentor engineers across the team, fostering best practices in architecture, code quality, and scalability

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems, high-throughput APIs, and data-intensive services
  • Strong full-stack skills, with fluency in backend architecture and modern frontend frameworks
  • Experience designing systems with reliability, security, and performance in mind — ideally in payments, lending, or other regulated consumer finance domains
  • Exceptional technical leadership and communication skills with a track record of influencing architecture and product direction
