Job Description

Join GuestReady as a Full-Stack Django / React Developer. You’ll contribute to RentalReady, built with Python / Django and React, and join our Finance Squad. This team owns critical financial workflows, including: Payment processing pipelines; Invoicing and accounting integrations; Host payout management; Financial reconciliation. In short, you’ll work on the end-to-end money flow, from guest payment collection to host payouts.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and improve existing features, mainly on the front-end
  • Develop new UI/UX features in close collaboration with the back-end team

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Python / Django
  • Strong skills in CSS and JavaScript (React is a big plus)
  • Experience working within a product-driven team
  • Familiarity with pull request reviews and collaborative workflows
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • A positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
