That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital ecosystem — spanning website management, SEO, paid media, analytics, and optimization. You’ll bring a unique blend of technical expertise and growth-focused strategy to ensure Promon’s digital channels attract, engage, and convert effectively. This senior, hands-on role is ideal for a technically skilled marketer who thrives at the intersection of digital strategy, technology, and measurable impact. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content teams to translate go-to-market priorities into digital experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
Job Responsibility:
Manage Promon’s website in HubSpot CMS, overseeing updates, publishing, and site structure
Maintain a consistent, high-quality user experience and ensure all pages follow SEO and brand best practices
Optimize site performance through data-driven UX/UI improvements, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
Lead all aspects of technical SEO — including structured data, Core Web Vitals, and crawl/index optimization — to maximize visibility
Manage web analytics and reporting across GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio, translating insights into actionable recommendations
Ensure accurate end-to-end tracking across all campaigns, including UTM management, pixel/tag implementation, and conversion goal setup
Execute and optimize paid media and SEM campaigns with the Demand Generation team, ensuring accurate attribution, performance, and ROI
Use analytics to measure and improve campaign efficiency and channel effectiveness
Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content to align digital activities with go-to-market objectives
Evaluate and integrate new digital marketing tools and technologies to enhance performance and automation
Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, identifying opportunities to strengthen Promon’s online visibility and engagement
Requirements:
Solid full-stack digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments
Proven success owning and optimizing the full digital marketing stack
Strong understanding of website management and CMS platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Hands-on experience in technical SEO, web analytics, and performance optimization
Skilled in managing SEM and paid media campaigns with reliable tracking and attribution
Proficiency with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or SQL-based reporting
Analytical and ROI-driven mindset, with a track record of impacting pipeline growth and marketing performance
Comfortable balancing technical execution with creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
Nice to have:
Experience in cybersecurity or high-growth B2B SaaS environments
Certifications in GA4 or HubSpot CMS
Familiarity with technical SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
Experience with CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar)
Knowledge of ABM tactics and intent data platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense)
