Job Responsibility:

Building and enhancing a cutting-edge Conversational AI platform that empowers users to get answers to their health-related questions through the channel of their choice
Working closely with the engineering team and part of a scrum team that will be building AI agents

Requirements:

1+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer using NodeJS and Python
1+ years’ debugging and optimization skills, data analysis, query development
1+ years’ experience with either Postman, or SoapUI or Swagger or TeamSite, or Splunk
1+ years’ experience of participating in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
1+ years’ experience with cloud development and deployment principles using either AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with agentic AI platforms (WatsonX, AgentForce, or similar)
Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across co-located teams
Demonstrated experience building and presenting personal or academic technology projects

Nice to have:

Experience delivering solutions through a SAFe delivery methodology
Chatbot experience with IBM Watson Assistant, or any other similar chatbot conversational AI tool (i.e Google Dialogflow CX, LivePerson, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai)
Critical thinker, with the ability to make decisions on technology aligned to business needs for analytics and data engineering functions
Highly motivated, independent worker with a pulse on industry trends and best practices
Good business acumen skills and professional communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment
Ability to show case personal technology projects
Knowledgeable in Python, SQL, Java, Tableau
