Job Description:

The Customer Service Operations Department (DOP), within the B2B Platforms area, is looking to strengthen its team with a Full-Stack Developer to integrate strategic projects in the areas of Assurance, Observability, and Platform Development.

Job Responsibility:

Development and maintenance of solutions based on the Altitude Software uCI 8 platform (Focus and mandatory)
Participation in technological evolution and systems integration projects
Collaboration with operations and service assurance teams
Contribution to the continuous improvement of B2B platforms

Requirements:

Experience in development with Altitude Software uCI 8
Programming Languages: VBScript, C# or .NET, SQL (Transact-SQL), HTML/CSS/JavaScript, XML
Integration and APIs: Web Services (SOAP/REST), ActiveX / COM, ODBC / ADO
Advanced English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server
Experience with PBX / SIP
Knowledge of LDAP / Active Directory
