Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus to join their downtown Toronto team. You’ll be working in-office alongside a close-knit group of developers to support and enhance key internal tools used across the business. If you're a hands-on developer who thrives on autonomy, enjoys problem-solving, and can comfortably jump into existing codebases, this opportunity is for you. ... This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who wants to create polished, intuitive user experiences, with just enough back-end work to keep things interesting. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and best suited for developers who enjoy building tools that make a real difference.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain responsive UIs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
  • Support backend logic with C# and .NET, with occasional SQL development
  • Translate business requirements into clean, scalable code
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to understand needs and share results
  • Dive into existing codebases and improve systems with minimal guidance
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of applications
  • Resolve issues quickly and optimize performance where needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven front-end development experience with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience in C# development for back-end solutions
  • Familiarity with TSQL for database interactions
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make informed judgments
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Telerik Web Designer or similar tools
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and user experience best practices
What we offer:
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, supportive team
  • Take ownership of impactful internal tools used across the organization
  • Be part of a professional environment with opportunities to grow and contribute immediately
  • Work from a prime downtown Toronto location, close to transit and great amenities
