Developer Bazaar Technologies is a fast-growing IT services and product development company delivering end-to-end digital solutions across Web, Mobile, and AI for global clients. We are expanding our core development team and looking for a Full Stack Developer skilled in React, Node.js, and PHP Laravel, who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and growing with a fast-moving tech organization. Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, and PHP Laravel
Build responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces
Develop robust backend systems and APIs
Design and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Laravel
Manage server-side logic and database interactions
Ensure secure and scalable backend architecture
Work with MySQL / MongoDB databases
Optimize queries and application performance
Ensure data security and integrity
Design scalable and modular application structures
Implement best practices for code structure and deployment
Maintain high system reliability
Collaborate with designers, frontend/backend developers, and QA teams
Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
Contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
Perform debugging and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Follow coding standards and best practices
Stay updated with latest trends in React, Node.js, and Laravel
Suggest improvements in processes and technologies
Contribute to team learning and innovation

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and PHP Laravel
Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and PHP
Experience with REST API development and integration
Knowledge of MVC architecture (Laravel)
Understanding of authentication & web security best practices
Familiarity with Git/version control systems
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow continuously
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Hands-on experience with: React.js
Node.js (Express.js preferred)
PHP Laravel
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
MySQL / MongoDB
Git

Nice to have:

Experience with Redux / Context API
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Understanding of Agile development practices
