Full Stack Developer

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary data enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
• Utilize advanced knowledge of dataflow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets
• Hands-On Execution and Delivery: Actively contribute to the development and delivery of AI solutions, driving innovation and excellence within the team
• Research and Development: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data quality management, data profiling, data cleansing tools and AI/ML
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to integrate AI technologies into products and services

• Strong hands-on development experience in GenAI environments essential, delivering complex solutions to production
• Python development hands-on experience is a must
• Experience with and other open-source frameworks/libraries/APIs like Hugging Face Transformers, Spacy, Pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy
• Experience with evaluation, scoring with framework like ML Flow
• Experience with Postgres and Vector DBs a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
