Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with emphasis on Front End Angular Applications to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that support our corporate marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Angular and Java development, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for advancing modern software practices within an Agile and DevOps environment.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain Angular web applications and Java services as part of a cohesive architecture
Collaborate with Agile product delivery teams to create solutions that meet business objectives
Apply and promote modern software development practices, including DevOps principles
Write automated unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
Experiment with new technologies and approaches to solve complex problems
Work closely with remote teammates and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Demonstrate accountability, integrity, and respect while fostering a culture of teamwork
Continuously improve personal skills, team performance, and project outcomes
Mentor and support other team members in adopting best practices and advancing their skills

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing Angular applications and Java services
Proficiency in Spring Boot and consuming REST services
Solid understanding of quality assurance and modern testing techniques
Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and automated unit testing frameworks
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and DevOps environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams and locations
Ability to research, analyze, and solve problems independently and collaboratively
A proactive approach to learning and experimenting with new technologies and methods
