We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who’s passionate about building high-performing digital experiences that combine creativity, technology, and AI innovation. In this role, you’ll work across both WordPress and headless environments (Strapi CMS + React/Next.js) - developing cutting-edge web solutions that power global digital campaigns and scalable products. Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain custom WordPress sites, themes, and plugins (not theme-based)
Build and optimize React/Next.js front-ends connected to Strapi CMS and various APIs
Architect and implement secure, scalable back-end solutions with Node.js and REST/GraphQL APIs
Integrate and automate workflows using GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Zapier, Make, custom LLM APIs)
Build AI-driven website features, including personalization, content generation, and automation
Monitor and optimize performance, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and data teams to create cohesive and impactful digital experiences
Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI, front-end frameworks, and CMS ecosystems

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
Proven hands-on experience with WordPress (custom themes/plugins)
Experience with Strapi CMS, React, and Next.js
Solid skills in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and REST/GraphQL APIs
Deep understanding of GenAI platforms (OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.) and AI-driven automation tools
Experience creating custom AI integrations for marketing, analytics, or content workflows
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS / GCP)
Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices
A “get things done” attitude, strong ownership, and a passion for innovation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment
