Full-Stack Developer

• Platform development: Work with our product and engineering teams to evolve our platform using a modern full-stack JavaScript stack (React, Tanstack Start, Node.js, Hono, PostgreSQL + Prisma, Tailwind CSS)
• R&D and AI integration: Explore and validate use-cases for large language models (LLMs) to improve the customer experience and accelerate internal workflows
• Security and privacy by design: help develop guardrails such as encryption at rest, data siloing, and strict controls on PII exposure
• Product shaping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design workflows, automations, and product enhancements that scale across multiple jurisdictions and visa categories

• 3+ years in software development, ideally with exposure to complex applications, SaaS platforms, or high-growth startups
• Experience with modern JS frameworks across the stack (TypeScript, React, Node.js) and SQL-based databases
• Familiarity with AI frameworks or APIs is a bonus, but having a solid grasp of how AI works and its current limitations is preferred
