Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack PHP Developer with strong experience in Laravel and WordPress to build, customize, and maintain high-performance web solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming UI/UX designs into scalable websites, developing custom web applications, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring security, performance, and maintainability across projects.

Job Responsibility

Convert UI/UX designs (Figma, XD, etc.) into responsive WordPress websites
Develop custom themes and plugins
Customize and optimize existing WordPress websites
Implement best practices in SEO structure, performance, and security
Integrate marketing tools, CRMs, APIs, and third-party systems
Develop custom web applications using the Laravel framework
Build RESTful APIs and backend systems
Design database structures and manage MySQL queries
Maintain and enhance existing Laravel projects
Ensure clean architecture and a maintainable codebase
Deploy applications to hosting environments (shared hosting / VPS / AWS)
Work with Linux-based environments
Configure staging and production environments
Implement security best practices
Optimize performance and scalability
Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues
Collaborate closely with designers and account managers

Requirements

3+ years of experience as Full Stack Developer
Strong proficiency in Laravel and WordPress
Strong knowledge of: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with page builders (Elementor / WPBakery)
Basic understanding of SEO and performance optimization
Familiarity with Git/version control
Strong understanding of web security best practices
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice to have

Experience with Docker
AWS or cloud hosting knowledge
Experience with performance optimization tools
Experience building REST APIs
CI/CD knowledge
DevOps background or mindset
Experience integrating payment gateways
Basic understanding of SEO technical implementation
