Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Java Developer with strong experience in both backend development (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend technologies (UI frameworks). The role involves building scalable, end-to-end applications, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems, and delivering high-quality user experiences in an Agile environment. Driving meaningful impact through smart, AI-powered product solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot
  • Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and integrations
  • Implement messaging solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar tools
  • Develop and manage data layers using Hibernate/JPA and relational databases
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of backend systems
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Work with modern frameworks such as Angular / React / Vue.js
  • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver seamless user experience
  • Work in Agile/Scrum teams contributing to sprint planning and reviews
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
  • Debug and resolve production issues across frontend and backend
  • Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement
  • Ensure smooth deployment and integration across environments

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOPs, and DSA
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA
  • Experience in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Any framework: React / Angular / Vue.js
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture
  • Basic experience with messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
  • Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles
