Job Responsibility:

  • Single-handedly oversee and manage the Business As Usual (BAU) Book of Work for PRA-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Collaborate directly with the RADAR team to integrate solutions and ensure seamless data flow and process alignment
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, Python-based automation frameworks for critical PRA processes
  • Develop scalable and maintainable Python scripts and applications, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and auditability of automation solutions
  • Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in FS Java and Python development with a strong focus on automation and data processing
  • Familiarity with financial regulatory reporting, specifically PRA guidelines and processes
  • Experience working with RADAR or similar risk/regulatory data platforms
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex workstreams independently
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in regulatory technology (RegTech)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
