Job Description

Work at the intersection of automation, full-stack engineering and AI, turning complex processes into smart, scalable, agent-driven systems. You will design and build scalable automations that connect core business systems (ecommerce, CRM, data platforms), while also experimenting with AI-native and agentic workflows that move beyond traditional rule-based automation.

Job Responsibility

  • Designing and maintaining complex workflows using n8n
  • API integrations, event-driven flows, data transformations, error handling, observability
  • Building integrations across core systems, such as Ecommerce platforms (e.g. WooCommerce, Shopify), CRM, marketing tools, and internal APIs, Data platforms (warehouses, pipelines, event streams)
  • Developing agentic and AI-driven workflows
  • Using LLM APIs to enable decision-making automations
  • Implementing multi-step reasoning flows where agents interact with tools and APIs
  • Combining automation and AI to reduce manual operational work
  • Contributing to full-stack development
  • Backend services in Node.js and/or Python
  • Frontend components (React or similar) for internal tools
  • API design and integration layers
  • Ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and alerting
  • Versioning, deployment, and maintenance of workflows
  • Collaborating cross-functionally
  • Translating business processes into automated solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and AI augmentation together with data, product, and engineering teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years focused on workflow automation
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Boomi, or similar
  • Strong experience with API integrations (REST, webhooks, OAuth)
  • Solid programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript (preferred) and/or Python
  • Experience contributing to full-stack applications, including backend APIs and basic frontend work (React, Next.js, or similar)
  • Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and Git-based workflows

Nice to have

  • Experience working with LLMs and AI tooling (e.g. OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph)
  • Exposure to agentic or autonomous systems
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, or event-driven architectures
  • Experience within ecommerce or martech environments
