Job Description:

Full Software Engineer for International Expansion team. Building the foundations for rapid international expansion, creating systems and platforms that can adapt to diverse healthcare markets while maintaining the exceptional experience our members love.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build global-first platforms designed for multi-country deployment
  • Launch new countries by designing and shipping core systems for insurance operations, claims processing, member experiences, and provider networks
  • Scale payment and billing infrastructure to handle multiple currencies, tax systems, and payment methods
  • Design country-agnostic data models
  • Create configuration and localization systems
  • Ship member experiences that feel local while leveraging shared global components
  • Own critical technical decisions as a domain expert

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Well-versed in Object Oriented Programming such as Python, Java, C#
  • Enthusiastic about web technologies such as modern Javascript
  • Willing to work in Python/JavaScript
  • Passionate about building products
  • Self-starting and entrepreneurial
  • Humble and still willing to grow
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
