Full MBR Modeler

• Implement full electronic batch records at our production site
• Convert paper batch records into full electronic Master Batch Records (MBRs) in MES PAS-X
• Model process, material, and equipment flows
• Create MBRs following the S88 standard
• Optimize system functionalities
• Integrate MBRs with DeltaV control recipes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define PCS MBR elements for data integration and automated deviation detection

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under time pressure
• Experience in documenting work instructions and best practices
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with team members and stakeholders
• Knowledge of SAP, LIMS, OSI-PI is a plus
• Degree in a scientific or automation-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a chemical production environment
• Experience working with complex systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and DeltaV
