We are seeking a highly proactive and results-driven Full-Cycle Sales Representative to accelerate our growth from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales journey, from identifying and prospecting high-potential leads to negotiating and closing deals. As one of our first sales hires, you will work closely with the CEO to transition our traditional lead generation into a modern, scalable engine. This role is ideal for a "hands-on" closer who excels in the staffing and talent solutions landscape and is ready to build a pipeline in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Responsibility:
Design and execute outbound strategies to identify target customer segments and decision-makers
Conduct high-volume outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and strategic networking
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with Solvedex’s fractional talent model
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Personally drive sales efforts to close key accounts and build long-term client relationships
Develop and refine sales messaging specific to TaaS and staffing solutions to differentiate our offering
Handle pricing objections and manage client expectations regarding talent delivery
Leverage knowledge of the U.S. market to identify trends and staffing opportunities
Position Solvedex effectively against traditional staffing agencies by highlighting our flexible, fractional approach
Requirements:
+2 years of proven experience in full-cycle sales within a Talent Agency, Staffing, or TaaS environment
English level B2 - C1
Track record of successfully closing deals or managing pipelines in the U.S. market
Ability to operate tactically in an early-stage startup without a pre-existing structure
Strong communication, negotiation, and "hustle" skills
Nice to have:
Experience with nearshore/offshore staffing models
Familiarity with high-growth startup environments
Ability to use data to identify and fix bottlenecks in the sales pipeline
