Robert Half is actively seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join a dynamic team in Reno, NV. This role offers the opportunity to manage full-cycle recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to talent acquisition strategies for a growing organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Effective management of full desk operations, ensuring seamless recruitment processes
  • Actively coordinate with team members to plan and oversee operations related to electrical controls and technical roles across multiple locations
  • Leverage your skills to guide and influence the recruitment coordinator within the team
  • Utilize our AI-driven solutions and CRM to source potential candidates, with a focus on roles in HR, Accounting, and Finance
  • Play a key role in managing our internship program, ensuring a beneficial experience for all participants
  • Display agility and flexibility in your approach to work, adapting to various stakeholder needs and managing tasks effectively
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with stakeholders and manage the recruitment life cycle
  • Show initiative and ownership in coordinating the filling of positions
  • Utilize ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to manage recruitment related tasks
  • Conduct background checks and manage benefit functions as part of the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a HR Recruiter role
  • Experience with CareerBuilder is necessary
  • Must be skilled in using CRM and Applicant Track System
  • Ability to conduct background checks
  • Familiarity with Benefit Functions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience conducting interviews
  • Exposure to Corporate Recruiting and Engineering Recruiting
  • Experience with Executive Recruiting
  • Familiarity with Full Cycle Recruiting
  • Proficient in Internet Recruiting
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a must
  • Strong ability in Recruiting
