Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and is passionate about connecting top talent with great opportunities. This is a contract opportunity, and a great role to continue growing your Talent Acquisition skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
  • Extend offers and support candidates through the pre-employment and onboarding process
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership and hiring managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, experience working in a high-volume environment
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably managing full cycle recruitment including sourcing
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing practices, and employment trends
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
