Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for placement. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in recruitment strategies, strong communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of employment laws. You will be required to attend networking events, job fairs, and scout in the field - transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct pre-employment safety courses for all new hires prior to their start dates
  • Administer quality assurance surveys for new employees on their first and fifth days of employment
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including career fairs, community events, and online platforms, to attract high-quality candidates
  • Develop and execute advertising strategies to maximize visibility and attract potential candidates
  • Communicate essential employment details such as benefits, compensation, and company policies during offer delivery
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on recruitment activities to ensure transparency and accuracy
  • Maintain memberships and affiliations with relevant industry organizations to expand recruitment networks
  • Provide detailed reports on metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-to-fill, turnover rates, and training completion to the HR Director
  • Support the HR department in various tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, labor-intensive service industry
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and high-volume recruitment
  • Strong proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of employment laws and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment
