We are looking for an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis near Oak Brook, Illinois. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, providing HR support across various functions, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Administer and oversee HR functions such as benefits management, compliance, and employee relations
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track and manage recruitment workflows
  • Conduct benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive offerings
  • Maintain and update HRIS platforms to reflect accurate employee data
  • Collaborate with management to address staffing needs and organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across all HR activities
  • Prepare reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel to support HR decision-making
  • Travel to local operational sites as needed to provide HR support

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiting Specialist
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance regulations
  • Ability to conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interviewing and onboarding
