Job Description:

Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking a detail oriented and process oriented Full-Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist with QuickBooks experience in a Manufacturing/Distribution environment.

Job Responsibility:

Handle full-cycle AP processing including 3-way matching
Manage vendor relations
Improve the AP policies and procedures to ensure timely/accurate processing of invoices

Requirements:

Strong background in AP within manufacturing or distribution
Proficiency in 3-way matching and hands-on QuickBooks expertise
Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
