Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a skilled Full-Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Shoreline for a contract engagement through our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) program. This is an onsite opportunity, ideal for professionals with end-to-end AP experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice coding, matching, batching, and payment processing
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and management to address AP-related inquiries
  • Assist with month-end close and related reporting as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle AP experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work onsite in Shoreline, WA
