Full Cycle Accountant

• Manage full cycle accounting responsibilities and oversee the daily accounting function
• Maintain the general ledger
• Complete account reconciliations
• Support month end close
• Prepare accurate financial records and reporting
• Assist with process improvements
• May contribute to system implementations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a financial focus
• Proven experience in full cycle accounting roles, including managing multiple entities
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes
• Familiarity with preparing and filing sales tax reports
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills preferred

Experience with system implementations is a plus
