Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements, verifying all transactions align with company policies and financial procedures
• Prepare detailed financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain expense reports and execute journal entries, applying strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies
• Utilize advanced Excel formulas to organize and analyze financial data effectively
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting operations while maintaining independence in core responsibilities
• Ensure proper accounting practices are followed for purchasing and payment of goods and services
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making within the manufacturing and warehouse sectors

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper, with a strong focus on manufacturing or warehouse operations
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions and reporting
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas
• Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements and reports
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices
