Are you a detail-oriented, experienced accounting detail oriented ready to take ownership of an organization’s day-to-day financial operations? We’re seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to support a dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll oversee the entire bookkeeping process and ensure exceptional accuracy across all financial transactions.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures, making necessary adjusting journal entries
  • Generate and analyze financial statements for management review
  • Reconcile account balances and maintain accurate supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with external accountants for tax preparation and audits
  • Ensure up-to-date compliance with relevant laws and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Superior attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
