Are you a detail-oriented, experienced accounting detail oriented ready to take ownership of an organization’s day-to-day financial operations? We’re seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to support a dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll oversee the entire bookkeeping process and ensure exceptional accuracy across all financial transactions.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations
Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures, making necessary adjusting journal entries
Generate and analyze financial statements for management review
Reconcile account balances and maintain accurate supporting documentation
Collaborate with external accountants for tax preparation and audits
Ensure up-to-date compliance with relevant laws and company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Superior attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
