Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Venice, Florida. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and casual environment with a close-knit team.

Job Responsibility:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Calculate and manage sales tax filings across multiple entities
Track and update credit card charges using suspense reports within QuickBooks
Maintain loan spreadsheets and ensure timely updates to financial records
Process owner payments and oversee financial aspects of various projects
Generate and analyze reports for affiliated companies using QuickBooks
Conduct annual QuickBooks clean-up and ensure consistent data accuracy
Handle filing and provide basic administrative support as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions and Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Familiarity with sales tax calculations and filings
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to create and analyze financial reports effectively
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Experience managing financial records and reconciliations with accuracy
