Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including payment applications, aging reports, and draw submissions
• Oversee all full-cycle accounts payable operations
• Prepare client account statements to ensure accurate reporting
• Coordinate payroll submissions and manual timesheet reporting, ensuring compliance
• Handle NTO's, lien releases and various other project related milestone documents
• Submit COI's to municipalities and GC's, ensuring compliance standards are met
• Conduct insurance and workers' compensation audits, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and timely
• Prepare and issue 1099 forms for subcontractors
• Support the outside CPA with year-end filings by providing general ledger schedules, journal entries and other supporting documents

• Minimum of 7 years of experience of relevant bookkeeping
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
• Must be responsible, reliable with a proactive attitude
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new things quickly
