We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to oversee financial operations and office management in a dynamic environment. Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Conduct thorough account and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and assist with tax-related compliance tasks
Manage office operations, including inventory and supply coordination
Supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth workflow
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures
Provide technical accounting support and resolve discrepancies as needed
Utilize Sage software for bookkeeping tasks and financial analysis
Work two Saturdays per month to meet operational requirements
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and ensure compliance
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Sage accounting software and 10-key typing
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Willingness to work two Saturdays per month for overtime hours
