We are looking for a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to manage and oversee various aspects of financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, reconciliations, and accounts payable.
Job Responsibility:
Process payroll accurately and ensure timely payments
Manage associated payroll payments, including taxes, child support, and other deductions
Reconcile payroll accounts to maintain accurate financial records
Review accounts payable invoices for accuracy and address discrepancies
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank activities for any irregularities
Record, code, and reconcile credit card transactions and receipts
Maintain consistency in reconciling payable accounts linked to payroll
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience in payroll processing, including handling deductions and reconciliations
Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) processes and invoice management
Expertise in bank reconciliations and monitoring financial transactions
Familiarity with credit card receipt entry, coding, and reconciliation procedures
Demonstrated ability to reconcile payroll accounts and maintain accuracy
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software and tools
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
