Partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee accounting, payroll, tax compliance, and administrative operations. This position will be onsite in Boise, ID and requires a highly organized and trustworthy professional who can work independently while supporting the financial and operational needs of a growing business.
Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Oversee project-related costing and billing processes
Support year-end financial review and audit activities with external partners
Process payroll for a diverse employee population
Manage payroll compliance requirements and reporting
Prepare and file payroll tax returns and related filings
Coordinate year-end reporting, including W-2s and 1099s
Prepare and file applicable business tax reports
Maintain financial processes and internal controls
Manage compliance-related documentation and recordkeeping
Assist with employee benefits administration
Support onboarding and general employee administration activities
Assist with retirement plan administration
Requirements
5+ years of full charge bookkeeping or related accounting experience
Strong understanding of financial statements, payroll processing, and tax compliance
