Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Process and manage accounts receivable, including preparing outgoing orders, billing, and reviewing purchase orders to ensure accurate invoicing
• Create and send packing slips to customers while gathering and organizing the necessary information for billing
• Handle daily order volumes, processing 3–5 orders per day with precision and attention to detail
• Support sales tax-related activities by entering data into systems, ensuring compliance, and following up with clients and vendors
• Perform general bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and other accounting duties as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards
• Provide input and assistance during system implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all financial transactions
• Address and resolve discrepancies in financial data promptly

• At least 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with accounting software systems
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Experience in handling bank reconciliations and preparing financial reports
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members

Knowledge of sales tax processes and compliance is a plus
