Job Description:

Seeking an experienced accounting professional for a short-term assignment (2–4 weeks) to help stabilize current financial operations at a modular home manufacturing facility. This individual will focus on reconciling cash, organizing and bringing accuracy to accounts receivable and accounts payable, and ensuring current books are up to date and clean. Ideal candidates will have strong general ledger experience, be comfortable stepping into fast-moving environments, and be able to work independently to quickly bring structure and clarity to day-to-day accounting activity.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Proven ability to perform bank reconciliations with precision
Experience managing general ledger accounts accurately
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
