We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who can manage the full cycle of bookkeeping functions and help support the financial operations of the business.
Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity
Process payroll and maintain payroll records
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
Assist with month-end and year-end close
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting schedules
Coordinate with outside accountants for tax preparation and audits
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Requirements
Previous experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar systems
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
