Job Description:

This role involves maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of accounting functions. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing budgets, conducting cash flow analyses, processing payroll, reconciling financial accounts, generating financial reports, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
prepare and monitor annual budgets, providing detailed reports on financial performance
conduct cash flow analyses to support effective decision-making and financial planning
process payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely payment
reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
generate financial reports and statements for management review
maintain compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
assist in year-end audits and prepare necessary documentation
provide insights and recommendations to improve financial operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles
proficiency in accounting software systems, including Great Plains and Microsoft Excel
strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
strong communication abilities to collaborate with team members and management
knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
