We are seeking a detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage the full spectrum of accounting operations for our organization. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with hands-on expertise in full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll processing, and general ledger management.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, general ledger entries, journal entries, and month-end close
Prepare accurate monthly financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain organized financial records
Process payroll and maintain payroll-related reports and compliance documentation
Oversee vendor management, customer billing, collections, and cash application
Support budgeting, forecasting, and year-end preparation in collaboration with external CPA
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or full-cycle accounting experience
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
