We are looking for a highly organized Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive accounting functions, including financial record maintenance and job cost tracking, while collaborating with leadership to ensure financial clarity and compliance. As a key member of the accounting team, you will contribute to the success of construction and property management projects.
Job Responsibility:
Handle full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain the accuracy of financial accounts
Monitor and track job costs, ensuring budgets align with construction project requirements
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures for accurate financial reporting
Prepare financial data and schedules for external audits and tax filings
Generate insightful financial reports and analyses to support decision-making by leadership
Maintain organized and accurate financial records across multiple entities
Collaborate with construction and property management teams to ensure seamless financial operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in the construction or property management industries
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes
Expertise in performing bank reconciliations and ensuring financial accuracy
Familiarity with job cost tracking and budget monitoring in project-based environments
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and leadership
